Fava & Maria Eye Associates is a multi-specialty, private, physician-owned practice providing quality medical and surgical services and vision care to patients of all ages. Our reputable facility has been the leader in eyecare in Lebanon County for over 30 years. Our one-to-one approach to Ophthalmology and Optometry makes Fava & Maria Eye Associates the eye health and vision care providers of choice in South-Central Pennsylvania. We are wholly physician-owned and managed with no PE, hospital, or insurance company ownership. We are actively seeking to hire a full-time Ophthalmologist, full-time Optometrist, as well as a full or part-time optician.
